What changed, and why it changed.
Three releases so far. Each one came from reading books the system wrote and deciding one of them was not good enough.

Re-paint a single page
If one illustration is not right, you can now re-paint just that page rather than the whole book. The character sheet is reused unchanged, so the child still looks like themselves. Re-paints do not count against your plan.

- Illustrations now arrive as WebP, about a third of the previous size

The 2 to 4 band got shorter
Our first version of the youngest band still wrote too much. Priya rewrote the prompt around read-aloud rhythm and cut the target to 25 to 40 words a page. Books for three year olds now land where they should.

Character sheets
The first release let the illustrator re-read the prose for each page, and children drifted: a different jacket on page three, a different face on page five. The character sheet is now written once and sent unchanged with every page.
